Compliance Manager (Tax Planning)

A Compliance Analyst establishes and implements quality control policies and compliance procedures that align with industry standards. They coordinate and manage product safety testing for high-risk items, performing thorough inspections, including visual checks, measurements, and functional testing to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Additionally, the analyst serves as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters. Responsibilities: • Design and implement the company's compliance and internal inspection program by staying current on relevant rules and regulations and effectively communicating compliance requirements to the product development team and other departments. • Manage and coordinate all product testing for imported goods, including communication with vendors on required submissions to third-party labs and overseeing sample shipping.
