What You Will Do <ul><li>Serve as a key liaison across local and global business functions on risk matters.</li><li>Execute the operational risk and resilience frameworks in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Identify and manage operational and resilience risks, developing solutions and re-engineering processes.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and control assessments on operational risk events.</li><li>Conduct 'deep dive' reviews of significant events and provide recommendations to enhance control environments.</li><li>Maintain the operational risk framework for new and existing product strategies.</li><li>Lead role in the update of the ICAAP and maintain the operational risk register.</li><li>Administer and support group-wide operational risk tools, including configuration and system support.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For <ul><li>Experience in an asset/investment management firm within operational risk or internal audit (minimum 7 years required).</li><li>Deep understanding of UCITS and AIFs.</li><li>Ability to manage resilience processes such as Third-Party Risk Management, IT and Cyber Risk Management, and Business Impact Analysis.</li><li>Comfortable in risk identification and collaboration for risk solutions.</li><li>Ability to interact with senior management and assert influence across organisational levels.</li></ul>Skills Required <ul><li>University degree in a related subject.</li><li>Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer - OneSumX GRC or other risk applications (a plus).</li><li>High degree of initiative and excellent communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in operational risk management</li></ul>Neuberger Berman is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
