Inside the Ethics &amp; Compliance (E&amp;C) team, you will be part of a large legal team that works daily to assess and mitigate Roquette's compliance and legal risks. You will assist the team in a wide variety of activities and missions, covered by Roquette's global ethics and compliance program: anticorruption, international sanctions and trade controls, sustainability and competition law. You will also have regular opportunities to meet and work with team members across the globe. <ul><li>6 month-internship</li><li>We are hiring for : July to Dec 2025</li></ul>This is an example of missions that may be entrusted to you : <ul><li>Develop a working knowledge of Roquette's Ethics and Compliance Program</li><li>Promote and embed the Roquette Values and Roquette Code of Conduct</li><li>Gain exposure to other Roquette's business units through trainings and tone at the top events</li><li>Providing strategic counsel and advice on compliance matters to Roquette's Business and Corporate Functions.</li><li>Support the Group's anti-corruption and anti-bribery program, with particular emphasis on compliance with the Sapin II law and implementation of the AFA Guidelines.</li><li>In addition to putting in place a Roquette's Group-wide compliance program, developing policies, and implementing processes to support and drive a culture of ethics and integrity, the E&amp;C team also enables Roquette to proactively address compliance issues.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally and support the Ethics and Compliance team on various types of topics including anticorruption, international trade sanctions, competition law and sustainability</li><li>Support internal investigations and any remedial/corrective action plans.</li><li>Assist in the creation of training and communication content to advertise the Code of Conduct and more detailed policies</li><li>Develop materials and activities for Compliance initiatives</li><li>Participate in planning, execution and reporting processes of compliance reviews</li><li>Assist with build out of essential reports and KPIs</li><li>Analyze existing data for accuracy and completion</li><li>Document process workflows</li></ul>Other benefits of this internship : <ul><li>Meal vouchers ("Tickets restaurant) + 50% refund of public transport</li></ul>If you identify yourself in this position, please apply by uploading your resume and let's start the journey together !
