As Risk Manager you will manage current and potential risks in "the business" as part of the 1LoD Risk team. You will make accurate risk mitigating recommendations to implement internal controls, transfer risk or avoid the risk related business and ensure that we are adequately protected against loss. The opportunity The Executive Risk Management function is looking for an experienced Risk Management professional to join the Global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. In this role, you will actively contribute to strengthening EY's Global ERM Program by working closely with and reporting to the Global RM/ERM Leadership and the ERM Program Director. You will also be collaborating with the ERM network to implement a program that aims to proactively changing behaviors related to risks to protect the organization while enabling purposeful growth within the organization's appetite for risk. Specifically, a key project will be to engage the ERM network across the Regions and countries to build on the existing processes, methodology and tools to support the ERM program implementation and operations. You will have the opportunity to engage and support the local teams and to be a lead for learning and development of the network.
