Tracking lease-related transactions, maintaining and developing lease documentation (such as lease agreements and addendums, amortization schedules, etc.), and ensuring payments are made to vendors timely and accurate.</li><li>Opportunities to expand into other tax, accounting, and compliance functions as time permits.</li><li>Complete special projects as assigned. </li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school OR equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Some level of Operational Accounting and/or office experience.</li><li>One (1) year of permitting and/or licensing experience is preferred but not required. </li><li>Knowledge of accounting and understanding of the general ledger accounts.</li></ul>Skills: <ul><li>Ability to quickly and accurately data enter a high volume of transactions with great attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to strict deadlines.</li><li>Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and various accounting technology applications.</li><li>Written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization.</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.</li><li>Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails.</li></ul>SCOPE Authority to Act: <ul><li>The job is fairly routine.
