Alexandra Park is a unique development of 28 single occupancy bungalows, all located within extensive grounds. Support is provided over a 24 hour period by dedicated support teams in each bungalow. A substantial amount of practical experience and research lie behind the design, concept and planning of Alexandra Park, resulting in an environment where individuals can truly thrive through learning life skills and becoming socially included. There's also an on-site resource centre that is used for training, social activities and administration for the site. In this role you will support the Registered Manager to ensure that excellent services are delivered and ensure that the service is compliant with external regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for leading, advising and motivating a colleagues team as well as driving compliance and quality within the service. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of PBS, autism, and learning disabilities and strive to uphold the principles of the Right Care, Right Support, Right Culture. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Supervise, mentor, and act as a positive leader to the team to ensure effective and efficient person-centred service delivery to all people who use the service.</li> <li>To understand the service specification including expectations on support to be delivered</li> <li>Be passionate about upholding the rights of the people we support &amp; embed PBS fundamentals across the services. Trauma informed support is key.</li> <li>Monitor and report on compliance with health, safety and security regulations and requirements.
