About The Role Role: Lead Cyber Security Risk Manager Contract Length: 24 months Location: London IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate Spinwell is recruiting for a Lead Cyber Security Risk Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LEAD CYBER SECURITY RISK MANAGER <ul> <li>Develop cyber security guidance under the Secure by Design approach with input from stakeholders across government.</li> <li>Support government organisations implement the Secure by Design approach.</li> <li>Support assurance activities related to achieving the Secure by Design principles and strategic commitment.</li> <li>Help risk or service owners to make decisions that are well informed by good and clear security advice, including contributing to reports or working within established reporting chains in a security team.</li></ul>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE LEAD CYBER SECURITY RISK MANAGER <ul> <li>Experience in performing risk assessments, including business impact assessment, threat assessments / threat modelling and vulnerability (control gaps) assessments.</li> <li>Experience in developing security standards, guidelines and codes of practice and aligns these with local risk management.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of current cyber security threats, risks and experience in selecting security controls.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of the security advantages and vulnerabilities of cloud technologies.</li> <li>Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures.</li> <li>Experience in facilitating workshops to understand requirements and develop security cases. </li></ul>If you are a Lead Cyber Security Risk Manager, apply now or send your CV to Spinwell!
