Als Consultant in het Enterprise Risk Management team (ERM) werk jij samen met collega's aan risicobeheersing bij klanten uit de financiële sector. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder te verdelen in drie kernthema's: <ul><li>Risk Transformation: Binnen dit thema zal je adviseren bij het definiëren van de risicobereidheid van financiële instellingen en het bepalen van de impact van opkomende risico's zoals geopolitieke onrust en klimaatrisico's. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het verbeteren van bedrijfs- en financiële processen, het versterken van de interne controle omgeving en het managen van complexe derde partij risico's. Jouw expertise in risicobeheersing wordt ook ingezet bij het opstellen van assurance rapporten (e.g. ISAE 3402) en het testen van controles ter ondersteuning van het EY Assurance team.</li><li>Internal Audit: Binnen dit thema houdt je je bezig met het leveren van Internal Audit oplossingen aan klanten in de Financiële Sector. Internal Audit is een evaluatiefunctie binnen organisaties die gericht is op het beoordelen van risico's en interne controles. Het doel is om verbeteringen aan te bevelen voor een effectievere werking van bedrijfsprocessen en het bereiken van organisatiedoelen. Om klanten hiermee van dienst te zijn maken we gebruik van een 'digitally enabled', vooruitkijkende aanpak om interne controles te verbeteren en risico's te evalueren. Je gaat werken aan opdrachten waarin klanten de Internal Audit functie geheel of deels heeft uitbesteed en middels samenwerking met verschillende interdisciplinaire teams binnen EY zal je de internal audits, met veel uiteenlopende specifieke thema's, uit helpen voeren.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Binnen dit thema wordt onderscheid gemaakt tussen een tweetal focuspunten, 'supervisory interactions' en 'compliance with regulations'. Bij het eerste focuspunt ligt de nadruk met name op het ondersteunen van klanten in hun voorbereiding op inspecties van de toezichthouder, het oplossen van bevindingen van de toezichthouder en de transformatie van de risicomanagement functie op basis van vereisten vanuit de toezichthouder.
