Jobbeskrivning As a Customs Compliance Administrator you support day-to-day import and export execution, ensure compliance to standards and support global initiatives for trade and customs enhancements. Your main responsibilities: <ul><li>Import planning (and cross-docking) of cargo arriving by all modes of transport (sea, air, truck, rail) both within and outside the EU for the DC'</li><li>Export (cross-border) to countries outside the EU in cooperation with internal departments and broker.</li><li>Timely prepare and administrate entries for customsclearanceand support compliance with global rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade &amp; Customs</li><li>Customs clearance of incoming goods.</li><li>Review performance of service providers that deliver to the DC.</li><li>Communicate with service providers and handle the process with them.</li><li>Approve freight and service invoices for accuracy for the DC's, as well as budget control.</li><li>Keep statistics and KPI's</li><li>Handle all import related issues, e.g. trace missing cargo, handle transport insurance cases (claims).</li><li>Work in close cooperation with our own warehouse.</li></ul>Kvalifikationer Our ideal candidate is a service driven and determined coordinator with a passion for accuracy, administration, controlling and a supply chain expertise. Have you worked with Packaging compliance? Are you passionate about leading complex projects and getting involved in setting global strategies? Then read on! Product Compliance department is part of the function "Product Offer Development and Support" in our Product organization. Product Compliance is responsible for setting legal requirements and routines for all products sold by the H&amp;M Group, in all countries and channels in line with local legislation and a precautionary principle. This includes product safety, labelling, chemical, and physical test demands. By supporting several parts of our business with our expertise, we contribute to the overall customer experience. We are eager to bring a Compliance Specialist/Project manager - Forestry &amp; Packaging onboard with the priority to improve and implement the current Global Forestry Compliance System and setting new forestry related routines and goals connected to forestry legislation. While Forestry is the main focus in this role, we also plan for this role to be overall project manager for Packaging Compliance.
