Your Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Crime and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and Transaction Monitoring Expertise . The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving our financial crime detection and KYC systems. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency. Regulatory Compliance: <ul><li> Ensure compliance with all relevant financial crime and KYC regulations. </li><li> Monitor changes in financial crime regulations and update company policies accordingly. </li></ul> Data Analysis: <ul><li> Analyze large sets of data to identify patterns and trends related to financial crime activities. </li><li> Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious activities and transactions. </li></ul> Process Improvement: <ul><li> Develop and implement effective KYC procedures and financial crime prevention measures. </li><li> Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. </li></ul>Your Profile <ul><li> Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry. </li></ul><ul><li> Excellent knowledge of financial crime regulations, Transaction Monitoring and KYC AML requirements. </li><li> Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel). </li><li> Strong project management skills. </li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li> Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. </li></ul> About Capgemini Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
