Provides oversight of delivery, advice and challenge.</li> <li>Oversight and challenge of FCA regulatory complaints reporting to ensure it is accurate, supported by analysis and approved by Senior Manager Function holders.</li> <li>Oversight and challenge of General Insurance Pricing Practices Reporting and Value Measures reporting to the FCA. </li> <li>Oversight and challenge of all ad-hoc and regular survey submissions to the FCA.</li> <li>Working with the business and Senior Management Function holders to respond to Financial Conduct Authority thematic reviews, data requests and deep dive assessments, providing oversight of delivery, advice and challenge.</li> <li>Oversight of reporting, administration and applications to the Jersey Financial Services Commission.</li> <li>Responding to queries from the Regulator in relation to Regulatory Reporting. </li> <li>Support the development of training and communications to the business on key regulatory matters.</li> <li>Meets internal reporting requirements with accurate, insightful and timely reports.</li> </ul>Essential Skills and Experience <ul> <li>Excellent understanding of regulation and conduct culture, current market practice and issues.</li> <li>Excellent influencing, planning and organisational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work proactively and under pressure.</li> <li>Excellent communication ability - written and oral.</li> <li>Sound analytical and data interpretation skills.</li> <li>Broad knowledge and experience of financial services, working within a governing function or role (general insurance compliance experience preferable).
