Join our Forensic &amp; Integrity Services (FIS) team - be a beacon of integrity in a complex corporate landscape, resolving intricate disputes and inquiries, and bolstering honesty and transparency in business practices. The opportunity As a Junior Risk &amp; Compliance Specialist, you'll address critical challenges in regulatory compliance, corporate investigations and financial crime, focusing on areas such as money laundering, compliance, open-source intelligence, asset misappropriation and fraud. You'll work on significant projects, contributing to our clients' success while accelerating your career in a collaborative, international setting. With EY, you'll be at the forefront of shaping industry practices and delivering top-tier insights. Your key responsibilities <ul> <li>Work with business stakeholders, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities on projects related to regulatory compliance, including AML/CFT, risk management, internal control system, as well as corporate fraud investigations.</li> <li>Handle a large amount of structured and unstructured information from a variety of sources, including open-source intelligence.</li> <li>Perform an analysis of information to identify potential fraud risks or non-compliance with laws and regulations.</li> <li>Together with more senior team members look for new opportunities to create value for our new and prospective clients.</li></ul>Attributes to thrive in the role <ul> <li>Recent university graduate in Law, Finance, Business or related area and solid academic record.</li> <li>Curiosity and knowledge with Lithuanian as well as international regulatory compliance and anti-financial crime regulations.</li> <li>Knowledge of the financial sector, its services, and products, keeping up with Lithuanian &amp; international business news.</li> <li>Attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills, proactivness, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic approach.</li> <li>High sense of responsibility and ownership.</li> <li>Result driven mentality.</li> <li>Ability to act quickly and adapt to unforeseen circumstances or new developments.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word.</li> <li>Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian &amp; English.</li></ul>What we offer Our promise to our people is an exceptional EY experience: <ul> <li>Continuous learning &amp; fast growth.
