Compliance Analyst Job ID 183631 Posted 16-Sep-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Customer Service Location(s) Warsaw - Mazowieckie - Poland Compliance Analyst Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Performing basic compliance system assessments to confirm compliance with all appropriate regulations, practices, and policies for initiatives, inspections, and training.</li> <li>Using aggregate data to create a standard report of improvements and recommendations.</li> <li>Identifying and troubleshooting data integration and integrity issues and escalating as needed.</li> <li>Assisting the team in creating department policies, procedures, and audit requirements for a respective line of business.</li> <li>Supporting the distribution of communication to raise awareness of topics critical to the organization.</li> <li>Retrieving information from databases to provide information for investigations.</li> <li>Acting as a liaison between the investigations team and several businesses across the company.</li> <li>Communicating results and violations to management.</li> <li>Leading by example and modeling behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.</li> <li>Working within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.</li> </ul>Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.</li> <li>Fluent English both spoken and written, any other language would be an asset. </li> <li>Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.</li> <li>Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
