The Compliance Analyst will work as part of a team to shape and support the professional billing compliance program, ensuring that providers adhere to all relevant policies and regulations. With a focus on safeguarding appropriate revenue capture, this position works closely with revenue integrity, professional coding, and other key departments on processes while supporting providers in maintaining compliance. This role is dynamic and offers the chance to collaborate with other areas of the health system as it applies to professional billing and compliance. Required Education and Experience BA or BS degree in a Health Science, Business, Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates competency. Equivalent experience of five (5) years or more in health care management, coding, billing and relevant nursing experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Experience working with current CPT and HCPCS coding nomenclature and rules, ICD-10-CM coding conventions, and clinical documentation standards. Minimum two (2) years of experience working directly with physicians on professional fee billing compliance. Required Credentials Professional fee coding certification required, CPC, CHC, or CSS-P. Preferred Experience in teaching physicians environment. Experience with pediatric patient populations. Compensation Range $95,270.00 - $142,904.00 per year Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). JOB SUMMARY: The Prevailing Wage Labor Compliance Specialist responsibilities will include updating, monitoring, verifying the accuracy of the information and submission of all required prevailing wage documents to the appropriate State Agency. This position will also monitor and follow up with subcontractors required to submit similar information to the State. Additionally, the Prevailing Wage Specialist will follow up with the State Agency to correct any deficiencies in the submitted documents. As part of the Operational Accounting Team, the Prevailing Wage Specialist will be working in collaboration with Project Accountants, Project Teams and various State Agencies. Follow up with proper cure.</li><li> Verify resubmission of restitution documents requiring subcontractors to pay restitution for underpayment of wages.</li><li> Cooperate fully with federal, state and local audits.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li> 3+ years of construction accounting administrative experience.</li><li> Possess problem solving and analytical capabilities.</li><li> Strong written and verbal communications skills</li><li> Professionally interact and collaborate with others.</li><li> Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.</li><li> Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills required.</li><li> Experience working with State Agency Websites filing intents to pay prevailing wage, affidavits of wages paid, uploading certified payroll and verifying uploaded subcontractor certified payroll.</li><li> GCPay Online billing platform knowledge a plus</li><li> Working knowledge of LCP Tracker </li></ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
