Contracts & Supplier Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities: The Compliance Manager assists the SVCA in its administration and enforcement of State and Federal laws, County Ordinances, and the SVCA Restrictive Covenants, Bylaws, Policies. and Rules &amp; Regulations. The duties of the position will be split between administrative and enforcement tasks. The Compliance Manager supports the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) by managing AC submissions, reviews, decisions, inspections, and communications. The Compliance Manager is SVCA's designated point of contact for Security, and oversees ongoing training, assignments, and reporting, and interacts with guards on a daily basis. HOA Compliance Manager

Under the supervision of the Bank's Compliance Manager, the Compliance Specialist supports the activities of the bank's compliance management program as follows: <ul><li>Perform compliance monitoring to analyze the level of compliance with various consumer protection laws and regulations as directed by the Compliance Manager.
