About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: 08:00am to 16:00pm

Key Compliance Criteria:

  • To provide administrative support as part of a team function
  • To be responsible for compiling training plans and supporting all mandatory and skills training requirements to OCS staff and management where appropriate.
  • Provide efficient, accurate, quality and timely administration functions within agreed parameters across all sites.
  • To ensure compliance with all OCS and related Trust policies, including Health & Safety, HR policies and current employment law. Training compliance where appropriate.
  • To formulate and manage all training plans in conjunction with the OCS Management team.
  • To provide statistical data to the OCS management team at the contract. Coordinate and assist in producing OCS reports for presentation to trust.
  • To ensure accurate, auditable records are kept for all service streams.
  • To carry out internal audits, Qual 100 audits and ensure all services, including Health and Safety compliance is audited and action plans produced and implemented to rectify any shortfalls.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Correlate all purchase and goods received orders with site staff to ensure effective management of purchased items.
  • Assist in delivery of all risk assessments, manage updates.
  • Raise PO and goods receipt, understand budgets and profit margins.
  • Understand OCS policies, procedures and objectives related to successful delivery of administration.
  • Support payroll issues by exception only.
  • Handout Toolbox talks to relevant parties ensuring completion and marked in training matrix.
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must have knowledge of accounts/bookwork and 2 years previous experience.
  • Preferably IOSH but can provide training.
