About The Role
The role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career an Apprentice Compliance Administrator. Based in our Glaston office, this exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to launch their career in a construction consultancy and gain valuable technical and administrative experience. You will be part of a newly formed team, where your contributions will be instrumental in its success. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to embrace new challenges.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the team. You will be heavily relied upon for supporting the Executive Compliance Co-ordinator to efficiently coordinating all administrative tasks. This role supports individuals and teams in the distribution of tenders to contracts, supporting SLA's and contract packs whilst providing a high-quality customer service.
We are looking for an individual who has a natural flair for organisation, good attention to detail and is passionate about process improvements. Additionally, you are an effective communicator, comfortable interacting with team members at various levels of seniority.

Applicants will need to have at least five GCSE's graded A* - C/9-4, or equivalent. This must include Maths and English language. No previous experience is necessary; we will provide full training and support for these roles.

As an Apprentice, you will support with:

- Processing tenders on projects.
- Checking insurances and Health and Safety compliances on tenders.
- Publishing to and updating the Business Management System with contractor and supplier details.
- Clerical duties in support of the department.
- Providing high quality customer service in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Assist in ensuring efficient SLA compliance for clients.
- At all times to comply with the requirements of the Company's administrative, personnel procedures and Health & Safety regulations.

- Strong time management skills, being able to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
- The ability to work independently and use initiative, but also be able to collaborate as part of a wider team.
- A keen interest in administration and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Have strong organisational skills, demonstrating care for attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and ability to work with spreadsheets.
- Experience of working in tendering administration and a customer service role, dealing with a wide range of customers in varying circumstances (preferable).
- Experience of working in an office environment, with a working knowledge of business support systems and procedures (preferable).
