We're looking for an Asbestos Compliance Contracts Manager to manage our asbestos contractors and consultants.

You'll be the lead in making sure that mhs homes complies with the Control of Asbestos Regs and that the asbestos arrangements allow other teams to deliver their projects and works.

You'll need to have a thorough understanding of CAR 2012 and be able to provide guidance to others on what the regulations may mean to them. Colleagues and customers will need information on how and why we manage asbestos, and you'll be the person that they come to for answers.

You can see the essential criteria for the role on the role profile but we're looking for someone that has:
  • Completed the P405 BOHS Management of Asbestos in Buildings
  • Strong contract management skills
  • A track record of great collaborative working skills with other colleagues
  • A strong customer focus
  • Excellent data analysis skills
