We are looking for an Asset & Compliance Manager to join our Building Services team in London.

Skanska Building Services is a top facilities management provider, delivering expert Hard & Soft FM solutions to customers across UK .

Based at the MoD Main Building, we seek an Asset & Compliance Manager to oversee asset management and site compliance, reporting to the Site Project Director.

What you'll do:
  • Ensure compliance implementation and reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date asset registers in CAFM
  • Lead contract hand back process
  • Conduct compliance self-audits and submit reports
  • Oversee statutory inspections, H&S meetings, and action plans
  • Manage fire risk assessments, asbestos control & business continuity plans
  • Assist with developing operating and maintenance programs and strategies for all site services and assets in accordance with contract obligations and Skanska's policies and procedures.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Technical Compliance experience within a Hard Services FM / Building Services environment
  • Ability to meet DV security clearance requirements (Last 10 years UK residency)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Fire Safety & Asbestos Management experience
