Job Role: Asset Compliance Administrator

Location: Worcester

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary: £24,250 per annum plus benefits

Purpose of Job
To be responsible for monitoring and closing statutory compliance inspections and resulting actions across the portfolio producing high-quality Asset Management services to both internal and external stakeholders.
This will require an ability to manage your own workload through excellent time management and administrative skills.
Duties
  • The Asset Compliance Administrator is responsible for monitoring statutory compliance inspections for the portfolio. Primarily you will be assigned your own managing agents to monitor and manage.
  • Working closely with Procurement, Asset Managers, Property Managers and the wider business the Asset Compliance Administrator will ensure that data input and monitoring management is of the highest standard, prioritising effectively
  • Uploading and monitoring the data into and from our unique risk management portal and working closely with Asset Managers, Property Managers and Managing Agent, as required
  • Managing incoming inspection documents, ensuring documents conform to the appropriate naming convention
  • Uploading documents and remedial actions to the risk management portal
  • Working with agents to close actions and inspections. This could be but not limited to teams' meetings, emails and phone calls.
  • Assisting with regular meetings with agents to review and discuss actions and inspections.
  • To ensure internal databases are updated accurately and regularly, to include any relevant documentation to be saved within the appropriate areas
  • To deliver status reports to the Compliance Manager and wider team on the above as required.
  • Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR
  • Other duties that may reasonably be requested by the Compliance Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working in a busy and highly demanding environment interfacing with a number of key departments
  • Ability to analyse basic data and produce appropriate reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with customers and clients
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs and database applications
  • Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Excellent IT skills, social-media awareness and up to date with new technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure resilient, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
    Desirable
  • At least one years' experience working in a compliance role
  • An understanding of Property Management sector with familiarisation of legal documentation
