Kudos is a well established Facilities Management company working within the Healthcare Sector to deliver a high-quality Facilities Management service to its client, and is currently looking for an Assistant Compliance Manager to join the team in Warrington or London on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will hold IOSH and/or NEBOSH (desirable) qualifications, have 5+ years experience working within the Hard FM industry, ideally within a PFI/ Healthcare arena, and be confident in interrogating complex contractual information, presenting data and reporting writing. Familiarity with HTM's is desirable.

The Role

This role is responsible for ensuring that Kudos complies with all relevant statutory and mandatory legislation in relation to the delivery of Hard FM services across 35 medical centres (17 across the Liverpool/Warrington area and 18 across London).

You will be responsible for managing relationships with a comprehensive group of contractors, working pro-actively to ensure the resource is available to complete works within the schedule, or to complete reactive works within the contracted SLA.

You will review all completed compliance jobs, ensuring it has been completed to standard and identifying any remedial works required, ensure that you are engaging frequently with the Helpdesk to instruct any works required. You will actively manage the compliance register to ensure it is up to date.

You will manage a programme of internal audits to ensure statutory compliance is adhered to, producing accurate reports for stakeholders and Identifying any immediate gaps, highlighting and escalating any risk.
