We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Product Compliance Analyst to join our Regulatory Compliance State Filings team. In this role, you will be tasked with preparing and submitting rate, rule and form filings to various Insurance Departments along with maintaining existing company rate, rule, and form filings and researching various legislative matters. This role will be located in one of our following office locations:

Compensation: Please note, the hourly pay range associated with this posting is $26.92 - $33.92. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary for this position. The total compensation will include a base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, 401(K) match, profit-sharing opportunities, and more. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographical location related to this specific role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares rate, rule, and form filing submissions for all branches to respective state insurance departments.
- Reviews ISO to determine the ISO filing designations. Prepares or revises forms list for independent programs.
- Monitors submissions for changes in status or objections with correspondence with Business Unit to resolve issue.
- Notifies Business Unit of final status of Filing.
- Places copy of filing in ImageRight.
- Provides input for system requirements to accurately implement systems rates, rules, and forms.
- Researches and conducts analysis of historical rate change data for various lines of business to be integrated into proprietary filing support system.
- Researches changes that require a revision to manuals, forms list or procedures and prepare or makes necessary revision to company manuals.
- Contributes to the planning and definition of new technology solutions and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Demonstrates ability to develop strong relationships with key business resources and project teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Risk Management & Insurance, Business, or Math) or equivalent experience.
- Equivalent Experience is defined as 4 years of experience working within compliance.
- Experience working in the insurance field is preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills and strong analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to receive and act on direction given by others.
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in the P&C insurance field and working knowledge or familiarity with ISOnet and SERFF is preferred.
