Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24). The Compliance Auditor will be based in our headquarters next to Luxembourg airport and report to our Compliance Monitoring Managers.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Scheduling with the concerned Nominated Persons or Managers the dates of the audits / inspections (based on the audits/inspections plan).
  • Performing the audits / inspections assigned by Compliance Monitoring Managers (within Jetfly or within external organizations, its preparation, its realization, the closing meeting and the report).
  • Preparing, completing and updating the audit questionnaire with criteria and questions related to verification of the applicable regulations and the Jetfly documentation
  • Providing the audit report to Compliance Monitoring Managers within 2 weeks after the completion of audit / inspection.
  • Managing the audit process through Centrik: Audit Report; Review of CAP, Root Cause, Preventive and Corrective Actions
  • Analyzing the evidences provided by the respective finding owner and reports the results to Compliance Managers.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring System.
  • Monitors the continued compliance, and remains knowledgeable on with the requirements of EASA and DACL.
Profile:
  • He/she must have a minimum of a 2 years relevant work experience in the field of AOC and/or CAMO activities or in a compliance department with experience as auditor
  • Business aviation would be a must, but regular commercial aviation is acceptable
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to distinguish facts from opinions.
  • Active listening, open-mindedness, and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Rigor, organization, and ability to assist departments in continuous improvement.
  • Critical thinking and proactive approach in identifying and solving problems.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
