What role will you play?

You will be required to partner with the trading desks, operations and wider group functions to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the front to back processes and proactively manage operational risks. You would also be involved in contributing on a broad range of risk matters, assessing new product and business initiatives, investigating incidents, risk control self-assessments and testing the effectiveness of controls.
What you offer

- 2+ years of financial market experience in a risk, trading or support roles, or in audit/assurance for trading businesses
- An appetite to learn knowledge across multiple business groups.
- High achievement drive, with strong resilience and tenacity.
- An innovative mindset, strong relationship building, collaboration skills and commitment to integrity.
- Ability to manage assurance projects to ensure controls are working as designed.
