Lucid Motors is currently seeking a Supply Chain Supplier Compliance Specialist - EDI. This position requires a deep understanding of Lucid's logistics and supply chain requirements for suppliers. The Specialist will lead communication between logistics, global supply management, finance, and suppliers to detail compliance challenges, propose corrective action, and enforce compliance to Lucid's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Lucid procurement, logistics, and operations teams to onboard suppliers to exchange EDI information with Lucid, manage data interchange agreements, and resolve EDI related issues.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate communication and resolution of EDI-related issues.
  • Identify areas of opportunity within the compliance process and collaboratively design and implement solutions to correct supplier compliance issues related to EDI
  • Lead and document the process of activating/deactivating supplier site locations
  • Work closely with Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to forecast compliance financial impacts
  • Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues regarding EDI compliance
  • Manage the relationship with EDI value added network provider (TrueCommerce) and oversee the onboarding of new customers
You Bring:
  • 3+ years' experience in EDI supplier compliance or related field
  • Experience in automotive or operations preferred
  • Deep understanding of EDI process and documents from demand to delivery
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issues
  • Excellent organization skills to maintain records and follow cadence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with TrueCommerce or similar EDI providers is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or related field
Please note this role is 100% onsite and does not offer a remote or hybrid option.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$85,800-$118,030 USD
