POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Compliance Analyst supports the mission and vision of Isaiah House by ensuring compliance with licensing, accreditation, certification, and other applicable requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required, preferred to be in healthcare administration, social work, or some other human services degree. Healthcare compliance, substance abuse rehabilitation, or clinical therapist experience preferred but not required.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Visual acuity necessary for updating files and completing documents. Requires frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching to file records. Hearing and talking necessary to answer phone and talk with employees and other individuals. Manual dexterity is required to perform computer functions.
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
1. Fills out applications and reporting documents for licensing, accreditation, certification, and other governing bodies
2. Functions as the expert on AODE, BHSO, CARF, ASAM Level of Care, NARR, and other regulations or requirements
3. Creates, edits, and reviews policies affecting and governing clinical, medical, and treatment aspects of the company
4. Works closely with Clinical and Medical department leadership
5. Oversees and facilitates the client grievance process
6. Monitors and audits the Clinical and Medical departments and programs for compliance with policies, laws, and applicable standards
7. Works with HR to ensure clinical personnel record compliance
8. Assists with employee trainings as appropriate
9. Participates in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):
• Weekly
Regular 1-1 meetings with manager
Address, investigate, and record grievances
• Monthly
Send out licensure applications the beginning of each month
Meet with Utilization Review Committee biweekly to discuss policy/compliance issues
Check that clinical staff have been apprised of all policy changes made that month
• Yearly
Complete review of all clinical polices

Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Adheres to Isaiah House policies and procedures.
- Attends mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.
- Performs job duties as dictated by supervisor
