Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS) are currently looking for a Compliance Coordinator Administrator to cover maternity leave.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Fleet Administrator provides support to the Compliance team, providing excellent customer service. This role is part of the Compliance team and cover fleet booking and all general service bookings.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Support all administration requirements within the Compliance Team. Liaising / working alongside Suppliers and the Customer dealing with daily reports and supporting the Compliance Department.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Support all administration requirements within the Compliance Team. Liaising / working alongside Suppliers and the Customer dealing with daily reports and supporting the Compliance Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Ensure that all queries and tasks are dealt with efficiently and with professionalism.
- Support colleagues daily at a highly professional level.
- Maintain all in-house excel spread sheets - Planners.
- Daily Reports - Preparation and summary of reports
- Analysing data
- Processing and reporting on traffic infringements and fines.
- Meeting KPI's
- VOR Reporting daily
- Ensure fleet is 100% safe & legal in line with the contract & KPI's.
- Supporting the management of Service/MOT Planners with accurate inputting of data
- Supporting of audit's
- V5's & RFL process for the Fleet
- Timely processing of Service documentation to ensure smooth invoicing process & to ensure we remain within KPI.
- Supporting the Compliance Team Leader with daily tasks and expectations.
- Booking the required number of services per day as per set objectives
- Escalating any issues to the team leader
- Ensuring correct booking process is always followed.
Education:
- Functional skills Math's and English
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent (Grade B or above)
- Administrative Experience - essential
- Mechanical background - desirable
- Knowledge of the transport/automotive/refrigeration Industry - desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Database management
- Knowledge of Kerridge/R2C - desirable
- IT literate (Microsoft Office/strong Excel knowledge - Advanced level)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills to provide a professional approach to both external & internal contacts.
- Meeting deadlines, task orientated and prioritization.
- Methodical, systematic
- Excellent front-line customer handling skills, building relationships.
- Strong attention to detail - essential
- To be highly self-motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team.
