At KFH we are looking for a compliance administrator to join our Block Management team in Wimbledon.

You will report into our Head of Block Management Compliance.
Responsibilities of a compliance administrator include:
- Support the Head of Block Management Compliance with delivering compliance updates, particularly in relation to new or amended legislation
- Support the ongoing creation and implementation of best practice policies and processes
- Proactively research ongoing changes in legislation and required processes. Reporting upwards to suitably inform policy review
- Support KFH employees with day-to-day queries relating to compliance
- Monitor the compliance requirements of the team in conjunction with the Head of Block Management Compliance ensuring the department's KPIs continue to be met and both internal and external customer service standards are maintained
