This role offers Flexible working options surrounding the core hours of 10 am -4 pm totalling 37 hours per week.
The Role
The Compliance Administrator role is a key support position, responsible for managing compliance-related administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, preparing regulatory reports, and supporting meetings with agendas and follow-ups. The role involves liaising with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, providing high-quality service to clients, and assisting with projects and policy reviews.

The Role
The Compliance Administrator role is a key support position, responsible for managing compliance-related administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, preparing regulatory reports, and supporting meetings with agendas and follow-ups. The role involves liaising with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, providing high-quality service to clients, and assisting with projects and policy reviews.
Key Responsibilities for a Compliance Administrator:
- Manage the compliance helpline inbox, coordinating tasks and allocating them to team members
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures to governing bodies
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including training sessions, audits, and corrective actions
- Support compliance meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience handling administrative tasks such as drafting letters and managing databases
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and statutory regulations (e.g., GDPR, Money Laundering, Health & Safety) is advantageous
