Education / Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Good standard of general education to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English Language
  • NVQ Level 2 in a subject relevant to administration or project management
Desirable criteria
  • ECDL or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of interacting with a wide range of individuals including patients/clients, staff members, senior managers, members of the public and external organisations on the telephone, in writing and in person
  • Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness
Desirable criteria
  • Previous experience of the NHS
  • Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
  • Experience of gathering and analysing complex and business sensitive information
Skills and Attributes
