Position: Compliance Administrator
Salary: £17,126 (£28,163 pro rata)
Location: Torrington Avenue, Coventry
Work Pattern: 22.5 hours per week, 08:30 - 16:00 Wednesday to Friday
Fixed Term: 9 Months (Maternity Cover)

- Ensure the correct operation and maintenance of Citizen gas related administrative systems, procedures and processes
- Provide clerical and administration support, including document preparation, photocopying, scanning, telephone call handling, meeting recording, diary management, system/data analysis
- Contribute to the effective and safe operation of Citizen Compliance Hub, including the accurate use and maintenance of administration and financial systems
- Experience in administration
- Experience in handling telephone communications
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience and knowledge in Social Housing is desirable
- Experience and knowledge in compliance and building safety is desirable
