We are exceptionally excited to be recruiting for a Compliance administrator, to support our MiChild Senior Team and Nurseries across the North West.

Purpose of the role

. To support Senior Team with administration of Human Resources tasks, such as reference requests, issuing contracts & safer recruitment processes etc
• Support updating events on Website & Day Nursery pages
• Supporting Booking events/training with guidance from Operations Manager
• Administrative support at key Nursery settings as required
• This role will support the effective delivery and implementation of the objectives of the MiChild Group within expected timeframes.
• The role will work predominantly with key personnel at all-nursery settings but will inevitably work closely across all areas of the business including directors and senior managers, peers, and all nursery managers and their teams.
• The role will ensure that standards of professionalism and adequate administration support are always maintained to a high level to meet the needs of the business

Key tasks and responsibilities
    • To ensure safeguarding of children is always given highest priority.
    • Support organising and co-ordinate office based administrative tasks for the key nurseries ensuring that all records and documents are always maintained in full and complete in line with MiChild policy and statutory requirements
    • Ensure that Famly system is complete and accurate at all times for staff and children at key nurseries which you may support this would encompass at least the following list (not exhaustive): children registration details, child attendance, billing details for children, staff attendance, incidents, and accidents etc)
    • Ensure that all child and staff files are complete and organised so that these are ready and available for inspection at all times
    • Answer phone calls and meet and greet children, parents and visitors at nursery as required when at Nurseries
    • Help to support the Nursery Manager as required to cover nursery during busy periods or when staff are absent to ensure staff ratios are met
    • Provide HR admin note taking support as required
    • To undertake any other duties that may be reasonably requested by the Nursery Manager, Senior Executive team and Directors

Essential qualification

• Ability to work flexibly and across all MiChild locations as required by the business needs.
• MUST hold Full Valid Driving Licence

Desirable Experience Required:
• Experience of working in a multi-site Early Years environment with proven record of success and high levels of customer and employee satisfaction is an advantage.
• Highly organised and efficient in administrative tasks
• Experience in HR processes/issuing contracts/letters etc

Hours of work: 30 hours per week/5 days per week (AYR)

Salary: £12.50 (negotiable depending on experience)
