What does that mean for a Compliance function? Our UK business has grown massively and the Compliance team is no exception. You'll be busy working on interesting, complex projects.

About the role
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the UK compliance function in delivering the CFC compliance plan, including the operation of an effective compliance programme and all of the compliance systems and controls applicable to CFC Underwriting. Your role is cross functional, so you'll have loads of interaction with stakeholders across our entire business, and our wonderful Brokers!

About you
So what are we looking for? Well, this is an experienced role so we are looking for a proactive Compliance specialist with experience working within specialty Insurance.
- Other elements of expected knowledge and/or experience are:
- Good knowledge of Lloyd's and UK regulatory requirements;
- Good knowledge of of UK regulatory frameworks, with an ability to swiftly understand new requirements and changes to the regulatory landscape
- London market insurance experience essential; experience with a Lloyd's managing agent would be super interesting to hear about too;
- Experience working with delegated authorities, including a knowledge of how binding authority agreements work, would be highly regarded.
