Within the Group, you will join the Group Conduct & Customer Protection team within the Group Compliance department is the gatekeeper of the customers' interests by promoting transparency, simplicity and fairness throughout the customer journey, while ensuring the right Culture, business practices and tone at the top is well spread out across the Group. Its role is to ensure that customers are well informed and that their needs are well taken into account in any circumstances. As an oversight function, the Group Conduct & Customer Protection team is in charge of developing common practices and ensuring consistency across the Group.

Your job and daily missions:

Connecting the Customer First AXA objectives with the Group Conduct framework is the key role in which the Group Conduct & Customer Protection team is engaged.

In this role, reporting to the Group Conduct & Customer Protection Manager, you will work on a key strategic and strengthening topic for AXA and will actively:

- Support the effective roll-out of the Group Conduct framework and initiatives across the Group, with entities in multiple location

- Contribute to the Value for Money analysis in coordination with Actuarial and Finance team

- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, guidance, advisories, documentation and training

- Contribute to the coordination and preparation of the Group Conduct governance and related communication

- Contribute and animate Conduct workshops with entities and Group stakeholders

- Provide inputs to monitor and test entities' Conduct framework and priorities, dashboards and follow-up their main action plan

- Be attentive to the regulatory developments on Conduct in the EU and outside Europe and participate to the impact assessment

- Work closely with the other Compliance teams at Group and local levels and interact with many other Group and local functions such as Underwriting, Risk Management, Public Affairs, Customer Officers and Communities, Legal, Distribution and local business teams, etc.

The AXA Group Conduct program covers the full range of traditional Conduct and Customer Protection matters and requires subject matter expertise, such as, for example, on EU and non-EU Customer protection regulations (IDD, PRIIPS, MIFID, FCA, etc.), and ESG considerations.

Qualifications

- 2 - 3 years' experience in Compliance, preferably within the Insurance or Banking industry

- Master's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Compliance or Political Science

- Previous experience in the Finance industry would be a plus

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to adapt to an international and multicultural environment

- Team-oriented person, with good communication and listening skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt quickly to change

- Sense of curiosity and creativity

The role requires a collaborative approach to operate in AXA's global organization and will require some business travel.
