One Federal Solution is seeking a highly qualified Compliance Analyst Level IV to provide expert-level support in the areas of U.S. export control laws, particularly the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Arms Export Control Act (AECA). This role involves advising senior management and law enforcement partners on compliance, enforcement, and registration issues that impact national security and foreign policy.
Compliance Analyst Level IV Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Analyst Level IV Key Responsibilities:
- Advise senior management and law enforcement agencies on the foreign policy and national security implications of administrative compliance investigations and criminal enforcement activities.
- Manage registration processes for exporters, manufacturers, and brokers under ITAR Parts 122 and 129.
- Develop and implement policies for reviewing information submitted by registrants, including indicators of criminal violations, foreign ownership/control, and other compliance disclosures.
- Lead and manage administrative compliance cases, including enforcement procedures, hearings, and consent agreements in coordination with federal partners.
- Propose and develop special compliance initiatives and contribute to broader compliance strategies and reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and trend identification across registration, brokering, manufacturing, exports, retransfers, and other regulated activities.
- Interpret and apply legislative and regulatory materials to inform compliance decisions and recommendations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing revisions to legal and regulatory authorities to improve clarity and effectiveness.
- Support operational needs of DTCC (Directorate of Defense Trade Controls Compliance) by providing high-quality, timely, and responsive compliance services.
- Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and over seven (7) years of relevant experience in ITAR compliance or enforcement of AECA/ITAR.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. export control laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Candidates may be asked to provide writing samples.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with personnel across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Capable of operating general office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phones, copiers).
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Clearance: Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI upon request by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- The contractor must obtain U.S. Government supervisory clearance and/or approval for work-related deliverables.
- This position does not involve inherently governmental responsibilities.
- The contractor must comply with all relevant State Department Procurement Information Bulletins (PIBs) related to third-party contractor services.
