We are seeking a Compliance Assistant to join our growing team. This role will focus on supporting compliance monitoring activities, handling approvals and queries, and providing day-to-day assistance to the compliance desk.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with compliance monitoring activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the approval process for financial promotions, client communications, and marketing materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the compliance desk.
  • Assist in recording and managing client complaints, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and assist with implementing required changes across processes.
  • Maintain and update compliance-related records and documentation.
  • Support preparation for audits, regulatory visits, and inspections as required.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, including compiling management information (MI) reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a compliance, legal, or financial services role (experience in FX/CFDs is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and financial markets.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
