Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and review compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain and update compliance records and documentation.
- Conduct research on regulatory changes and their potential impact on the business.
- Support the Compliance Manager in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
- Participate in compliance training sessions and assist in the development of training materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the Compliance team.
- A-Level or University Degree (preferably in Law, Business, Finance, or related fields).
- Strong interest in compliance, regulation, and the insurance industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
