As our Compliance Manager you'll play a key role in ensuring the continued effective operations of Southern Co-op. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can understand our business, develop sensible approaches and facilitate buy-in from colleagues and stakeholders.
This is a broad and varied role, if you haven't got experience in all these business areas, we will support you with the development you need.

- Manage our Insurance Programme - Handle renewals and claims processes.
- Oversee our Licensing operation to ensure we have the right licenses for our business.
- Develop our Business Continuity framework.
- Lead our Enterprise Risk Management to ensure risks reviewed, managed and communicated effectively.
- Support the compliance monitoring for our FCA Regulated business.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and departments across the organisation.
- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
- Experience in Business Continuity planning.
- Familiar with Internal Audit and Compliance processes.
- Experience of insurance policies, claims handling and loss adjusters.
- Ability to develop and deliver plans to meet compliance needs.
- Strong organisation and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable navigating IT systems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
