The Compliance Manager will play a vital role in the performance of the Facilities Management (FM) contract at Croydon University Hospital, reporting directly to the Key Accounts Manager and working as a key member of the management team.
This role is central to ensuring the seamless provision, validation, and interpretation of FM data, providing essential performance insights that drive continuous improvement and contractual compliance.

Responsible for delivering clear, high-quality analysis, the Compliance Manager will support monthly reporting requirements, ensuring that all data reflects operational standards and aligns with contractual obligations.
Working closely with Operations and Service Managers, the role demands a strong understanding of FM services, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Based at Croydon University Hospital, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in compliance and FM management, providing a strong foundation for career progression within ISS.

Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices from site in a timely and professional manner
- Act as a trusted, visible, and accessible point of contact for operations
- Provide financial support and insights to drive business profitability and future performance
- Ensure financial records, compliance, and forecasts are accurate and reliable
- Develop customer relations to support successful financial negotiations
- Report and monitor KPI management data, advising key stakeholders on contract performance
- Act as the subject matter expert for performance and KPI outputs, conducting forums, workshops, and training sessions
- Manage the online performance reporting platform (Insight), ensuring usability and accuracy for onsite teams
- Develop and maintain central validation systems for accurate and timely performance data submission
- Identify and address areas requiring performance improvements in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Lead the month-end data collation process, ensuring timely upload of performance data onto the Insight system
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Concept Evolution
- University degree (preferably in FM but not essential)
- Previous experience in FM
- Experience in a healthcare environment (preferable but not essential)
- Report writing experience
- Experience managing and reviewing management information
- Data analysis experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in a finance setting
- Proven ability to work under tight timelines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels
- Ability to react quickly to challenging situations
