Compliance Manager - Dudley - Legal - £47.5K DOE - Hybrid (2 Days WFH)
Beaumont have partnered exclusively with a Solicitors in the West Midlands who are looking to appoint a Compliance Manager to join the current team of 4.
They're in an interesting position currently, having recently moved away from a Consultancy focus and are working with Beaumont to build out their regulatory function.
With a view of becoming a team of 9 by the end of the year, this position will be seen as a key hire, with the view of you holding management responsibilities (x2 Analysts) within the next 6-12 months.
You'll be from a Legal background, having been either in a Senior Officer position ready to take a step into management or already a Manager within a smaller firm with experience of bringing a businesses policies and controls in house from an external reliance. You'll ideally be well versed around AML/KYC Policies in terms of monitoring, conflict analysis and strong regulatory knowledge.
You'll reap the rewards of building something from the ground up, embedding a real compliance culture into the firm and working alongside senior management to focus on creating a central function within the firm.
