Job Description

As a Compliance Manager, you are overseeing and managing compliance in your local organization, ensuring that the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe. You identify and analyze the risks that can occur to the company, its employees, and customers. You implement audits to ensure that the company's safety and security standards and goals are reached in accordance with local legislation. Your support, lead and manage the auditor team to drive the safety and security culture across your country.

Working in the role you will be responsible for:
  • Follow up on security results and set action plans cross collaborating with the different functions, to develop procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure that the stores receive the correct number of store audits.
  • Secure that all audit and internal control results are reported and communicated to the relevant persons.
  • Detect any potential areas of compliance vulnerability, risks, and act on these implement corrective measures to prevent and minimize incidents and accidents.
  • Drive improvement and innovation projects.
  • Constant support on the Loss Prevention Strategy for reducing shrinkage.
  • Support the Security Department in executing fraudulent investigations.
  • Identify security training needs and decide on the training plan for the country.
  • Coordination of inventory preparation with other relevant departments to secure accuracy of the data and train the stores with inventory preparation.
  • Educate, develop, and motivate the auditors' team and secure alignment.
  • Oversee and support Data Privacy Compliance in the organization.
Qualifications

What you need to succeed:
  • Ambassador of health and safety culture.
  • Clear and inspiring communication, able to engage colleagues towards the safety mindset.
  • Self-driven, taking initiatives and be able to take decision.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking contributing to Business progress.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Excellent MS office skills.
  • Fluent in Hungarian & English, spoken and written.
Additional Information

This is a full-time job located in Budapest, Hungary. The Compliance Manager is part of Security Department and report to Security Manager
