Lead the way within Norlys Critical Infrastructure
Critical infrastructure is the focus in our rapidly evolving organization, requiring us at Norlys to adapt strategically and work collectively. Therefore, we are seeking a Compliance Manager for our Procurement department with a deep insight into IT security and critical infrastructure, as well as the ability to drive compliance.
In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including Procurement, Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (LRC), Cyber- and Operational Security, to drive and ensure optimal compliance.
You will be the go-to person in this area, and it is essential that you align with our values: community, responsibility and innovative thinking, because we believe that wellbeing, competence and performance go hand in hand.
Create processes that make a difference
As Compliance Manager you will be the primary contact person within procurement related to critical infrastructure. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that we comply with current legislation and implement the best compliance practices. You will be responsible for driving the development of processes that support compliance within critical infrastructure.
The job involves a key position in gathering knowledge from various parts of the organization to define and update compliance obligations, incorporate requirements into supplier contracts and assist in negotiations. You will also coordinate with Compliance Specialists at a higher level and assist our Sourcing department in negotiations and requirement approvals in line with compliance risk assessments.
Your key responsibilities:
We imagine you have relevant education and certification in ISO 27001 or similar, combined with experience or education in IT security and critical infrastructure.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the best possible compliance and coordination with Compliance Specialists.
- Integrate requirements into supplier contracts and be responsible for compliance obligations.
- Assist Sourcing-team in negotiations and requirement approvals and approve negotiated requirements based on compliance risk screenings.
- Update compliance risk assessments and conduct analyses in collaboration with Business Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
- Proactive communication with suppliers regarding compliance obligations and perform database lookups such as financial, ESG, and sanctions.
- Monitor compliance obligations at a high level and coordinate the execution of audits.
We imagine you have relevant education and certification in ISO 27001 or similar, combined with experience or education in IT security and critical infrastructure.

- Proficient in compliance with extensive knowledge of IT security.
- Excellent stakeholder management and professional sparring at all levels.
- Open and trustworthy with a structured, analytical, and fact-based working pattern.
