This position is to support the Senior Compliance Manager in driving the Council's success in meeting its statutory health and safety obligations as a responsibly landlord whilst continuously striving to improve the safety of its residents, properties, compliance, and stock condition.
As a leader of a small professional team delivering a technical water management service, your role will be pivotal in providing senior management with assurance that legionella and water quality risks within its residential stock is being effectively managed.
You will be expected to ensure and assure robust programs and plans with effective monitoring and management of your team and contractors. These programmes and plans will be based on accurate stock data and information, with key performance indicators tailored to deliver results for all parties.
This position plays a crucial role in the delivery of legionella risk assessments, the management of remedial tasks and recommendations, as well as the on-going maintenance, servicing of associated assets, and application of control schemes to manage identified risk. This will require quality data and evidence to support all related activities and an acceptable level of demonstrable compliance,
