Who You Are:
Placed under the supervision of the Group Chief Compliance Officer, who reports directly to the General Secretary, the compliance officer will assist in tasks, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, initiative and responsiveness. You will work along with the Global Compliance Manager on a day-to-day basis.
In this role, you will be in direct contact with all high-level internal partners (notably the Procurement, Sales and Finance Departments), as well as with external contacts (notably auditors, external advisors), in an international environment.

Who You Are:

In this role, you will be in direct contact with all high-level internal partners (notably the Procurement, Sales and Finance Departments), as well as with external contacts (notably auditors, external advisors), in an international environment.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the roll-out of the action plan of the Group following the update of the anti-corruption risk map, for instance by helping to draft new procedures or update existing ones;
- Prepare and participate in anti-corruption training courses for all Group employees, and more generally in raising awareness among stakeholders through targeted communication and training initiatives;
- Contribute to the day-to-day monitoring of requests made by operational departments, particularly in connection with the implementation of procedures followed with regard to third parties (customers and suppliers in particular);
- Be the point of reference for personal data protection matters and, more specifically, the implementation of the GDPR, Data Privacy Act and similar UK and US legislation.
- Work closely with HR to handle any data subject request, in due time;
- Contribute to incident management (reporting, remediation) in close collaboration with the Cyber department.
- Contribute to the deployment of the Group's data privacy compliance program in support of the action of the Group DPO (based in ILM) ;
- You are dynamic, and you know how to work in full confidentiality; you are good at interpersonal relationships.
- You are very familiar with IT and office automation tools.
- Degree in Ethics & Compliance Law, and/or Business Law
- 3-5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer
- Expertise in Legal Advice and Data Privacy
- High proficiency in English
- Proficiency in French is a clear advantage.
