What We Need from Yü
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Investigate all escalated business and customer queries/complaints.
- Work with Operations/Commercial Analyst's to resolve strategic queries/exceptions.
- Always represent Yu Energy Values and Habits
- Regularly review department processes for efficiency improvements and ensure documentation is continually updated.
- Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy making as required
- Co-ordinate activities and information between departments, working in a co-operative manner cross functionally within the business.
- Conduct detailed analysis on variances, emerging risks and opportunities, and other areas of interest, getting to the bottom of complex problems and drawing insights from complex data
- Facilitate business change within the organisation, drive business requirements analysis to produce requirements specifications to a level capable of being used to enable implementable change and/or I.T. solutions.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to develop implementation plans, including business process change, organisational change, system, and behavioural change.
- Collect data and information from various sources and resolve conflicts by facilitating discussions between various stakeholders, including management teams.
