We are seeking an additional experienced Compliance Officer to join our team of industry specialists, based in the very heart of Bournemouth. As our Compliance officer you will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week (work pattern to be agreed).

Role Purpose:
The main focus of the role is to ensure customers are treated fairly and internal processes are being followed.
Call Monitoring/Compliance
- Conduct quality call monitoring in line with Call Monitoring Standards
- Ensure product, process and market knowledge is accurate and up to date
- Keep clear audit trails
- Complete Ad-Hoc investigations
- Dealing with Customer Complaints in line with company processes and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate adherence to Regulatory requirements, company processes & guidelines and best practice and promote this across the business
- Conduct face to face feedback, to promote a standard of excellence in call handling
- Knowledge of Private Medical Insurance or other insurance products
- Experience in carrying out quality reviews on sales advisors in an FCA regulated organisation.
- An understanding of operational risks and controls
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent Microsoft Office skills
- Efficient organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Ability to technically and critically review internal and external communications to eliminate risk.
