Position
Position: Compliance Data and Exam Officer
Location: Remote or London based if preferred
Salary: £26,000
We are looking for an experienced compliance officer to join our team and support with new funding set up for levy and non levy DAS accounts for all clients. Using your knowledge of government funding bodies and requirements, you will be integral for the compliance of administration activities, and maintaining effective MIS systems.
Key activities involve:
. Support with new funding set up for Non-levy DAS and levy DAS for all clients ensuring that funding is in place prior to apprenticeship cohort start dates
. Support clients with queries regarding setting up and managing their DAS account
. Record all invoices onto the ILR being received into accounts (new employer contributions/change of employer contributions, reimbursements)
. Assist with Data transfer to PICS and BUD following ratification
. Book exams on walled garden
. Responsible for uploading/ updating learner details to maintain accurate data
. Assist with audits and helping with data clearing when required
. Carry out first and final learner file checks in line with funding body requirements
• Send out certificates, exam policies and employer forms
. Maintain and support in management of the central compliance inbox
Requirements
Skills, Experience and Qualifications needed:
. GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent qualification
. Experience of maintaining effective MIS systems
. Experience of working with BUD and or PICS would be beneficial
. Knowledge of Government funding body contract requirements for apprenticeships
. Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
. Confident to develop and sustain effective professional relationships and networks
. Able to be supportive & sympathetic to learner and colleague needs
