About The Role:
As a compliance specialist at Flower, you will together with the Legal office and other relevant teams ensure that Flower adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will play a key role in supervising risk assessment and driving initiatives related to regulatory requirements. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues on compliance matters, making certain that Flower has the necessary insights and processes in place to address both current and emerging regulations.

What You'll Do:

  • Independently initiate and drive compliance-related projects and ensure that we implement adequate routines internally.
  • Draft and provide support in relation to Flower's policies related to general compliance matters, information security and data privacy.
  • Assist the legal team and the information security team with compliance or privacy-related questions, for example in relation to contract negotiations.
  • Education of employees within Flower to ensure relevant compliance.
  • Be in charge of internal records and templates and continuously update such documents in line with current legislation.
  • Stay up to date with upcoming or amended legislation.
Who You Are:

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience within the field of compliance matters, either within a corporation or an advisory firm.
  • You are organized, but flexible, and are able to work independently and together with colleagues.
  • You are excited about collaborating across the organization.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have the ability to synthesize complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English. Proficiency in additional languages in German, French, or Dutch is considered a valuable asset.
Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
