Internal Job Title: Senior Associate, Training
The successful candidate will reside within the designated geographical territory.
This is a field-based role, covering the regions of the Home Counties: Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Oxfordshire.
Unrestricted travel within these areas is required, along with occasional overnight stays as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide training across all product categories, utilising a structured program with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation.
- Represent SC Johnson Professional at conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
- Conduct detailed surveys and audits at key sites to ensure compliance and optimal product use.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver targeted support for key accounts including End Users and Distributors.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control
- Recognised Training qualification and/or experience
- Self-starter with the ability to work remotely.
- The ability to work well within a team.
- Well organized with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to earn the trust and confidence of others through honesty, integrity, and transparency.
- Ability to build productive relationships with a wide variety of people regardless of position or background.
