Position Summary
The Compliance Specialist performs a variety of functions in support of the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) Compliance Program. The UNO Compliance Program supports the University's fundamental commitment to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and lawful conduct by promoting adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and implementing regulations, as well as standards and internal policies, procedures, and protocols. Key responsibilities include monitoring compliance training and education, coordinating policy development and administration, supporting conflict of interest management, triaging reports received through the University's EthicsPoint hotline, and assisting with compliance-related reporting.

- Analyze, track, and monitor reports submitted to proactively identify trends or problem areas.
