We are looking for a Contract Compliance Officer to join our growing team at Cygnet.

Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.

The purpose of the role is to coordinate the administration functions in order to comply with NHS purchaser contracts in respect of data management. To work within the Contract Compliance Team and where required, the Head of Contracts and Reporting to ensure that Cygnet is fully compliant with its contracts reporting.

Please Note: This is a Hybrid role with occassional travel to Cygnet offices in the North West Region as required

Main duties include:

  • To liaise with Senior Managers and Admin staff across various Cygnet sites to ensure that all data is received and collated in a timely manner.
  • To maintain data quality in terms of both recording (internally) and reporting (externally).
  • To lead on Cygnet's main monthly/quarterly/biannual and annual data submissions.
  • To provide representation from the Contract Compliance team and attend contract review meetings with NHS customers.
  • To create and amend templates where necessary for data submissions.
  • To gather data and complete accurate returns for various contracts.
  • To disseminate such information to the NHS customer each week, month and quarter by the required deadlines.
  • To complete ad-hoc data submissions when required.
You are:

  • Experienced in administration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to swiftly solve problems and work under pressure without compromising quality.
  • Organised, diligent and can strictly adhere to processes and procedures.
  • Excellent at inputting, extracting and analysing data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc...
  • An excellent verbal & written communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and managing your own workload to adhere to contractual deadlines.
  • Attentive with a keen eye for detail.
